Don't cost nuthin'.
After about a week’s worth of staying up until dawn, I finally got this story out of my thinky goo and into a Word document. (.doc, not .docx; I don’t hold with that newfangled Office 365 crapola). It’s the bastard child of a Kitchen Sink fanfic I wrote years ago when I was coping with my divorce, which is probably on the Intertubes somewhere, and involves a former Army helicopter pilot who goes to a small upstate New York college looking for revenge against the demons who drove his mother to suicide and killed his father. Has some sex, lots of violence (but only three deaths, and two of those are off-stage), some drunken shenanigans toward the end, and abuses several anime tropes unmercifully.* As we used to say at Arcana, has kitsune and rakshasa content. Tentative title is The Hawk, The Fox, and the Princess. Runs to 221 pages. E-mail me if you want a look; I’ll pick some of you and the rest will just have to wait until I post it on Amazon and hopefully make a few thousand bucks so I can ascend from an N-List writer to the L or maybe even K list in the eyes of the International Lord of Hate.
*Which is a long-winded way of saying “Not Suitable For Children”.
